Inscripción durante el Simposio / Registration on site

La secretaria durante el Simposio estará ubicada en el Primer Piso de la Sede, Salón Los Jardines a partir del Martes 26 de mayo a las 7:30 hs. hasta las 16.30hs. y el 27 de mayo de 8.00 a 16.30hs.
The general secretariat will be located at the first floor of the Venue Los Jardines Room form Tuesday 26th form 7.30hs to 16.30 and from May 27th form 8.00 to 16.30hs.

Idioma Oficial / Official Language

El idioma oficial del Congreso será el español y habrá traducción simultánea únicamente en las sesiones que se desarrollarán en el Panamericano A
The official language of the Symposium is Spanish. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided at all sessions presented in Panamericano A Room.

Puntualidad / Punctuality

Se prevé cumplir estrictamente con los horarios establecidos. Se ruega colaborar respetándolos.
The Schedule must be strictly respected. Please collaborate with your punctually.

Exhibición Comercial / Commecial Exhibition

Se ha organizado una exposición de productos de la industria farmacéutica, la cual estará ubicada en el foyer de los Panamercicano y Los Jardines.
A commercial exhibition has been organized in the Panamericano foyer and Los Jardines room.

SEGURO / Liability Insurance

Ni el comité Organizador del Congreso ni AMP Congresos serán responsables de pérdida de dinero o no registro del depósito o transferencia bancaria, ni de los cargos bancarios ni costos por cambio de divisas.
The Organizing Committee of the III International Symposium or AMP Congresos shall not be responsible for any personal injury, or loss of, or damage to, the belongings of the attendees.

Credencial / Credentials

La credencial será entregada, junto con el material a partir del día del inicio del Simposio. La credencial deberá ser llevada constantemente en un lugar visible y permitirá el acceso a las sesiones científicas y a la exposición comercial. En caso de pérdida se podrá solicitar una nueva en la secretaría.
The credentials will be given with the symposium material. The credentials must always be in a visible place and it will permit the access to the scientific sessions and to the commercial exhibition.
